Le Code Corporel®

Four steps. No improvisation.

Our method decodes your movements to turn your complaint into a precise, lasting care strategy.

  1. The assessment01 / 04

We take the time to listen to your story, then analyse your posture and movement to find the real source of the problem, not just where it hurts.

  2. A clear plan02 / 04

Manual therapy to relieve, tailored exercises to consolidate. Everything is explained: you know where we're heading, and why.

  3. Measured progress03 / 04

Your progress isn't judged on feel alone: we measure it, session after session, to adjust at the right moment.

  4. Your independence04 / 04

You leave with simple exercises to do at home and the confidence to carry on by yourself. That is our true measure of success.

Frequently Asked Questions

Before your first session.

What should I bring to the first session?

Your physiotherapy prescription and your health insurance card. If it's an accident, your accident report. And comfortable clothes you can move in.

Is physiotherapy covered by insurance?

Yes, with a doctor's prescription: basic health insurance (LAMal) covers the sessions, subject to your deductible and co-payment. You can come without a prescription, but the sessions won't be reimbursed. Osteopathy doesn't need a prescription: it is covered by your supplementary insurance, or paid privately.

How long does a session last?

About 30 minutes, and up to 45 minutes in some cases. Your physio adjusts the length to your needs.

I don't know which therapist to choose.

Book a first assessment. We'll review your situation together and refer you to the most suitable person.

Musicians: should I bring my instrument?

It's not essential, but it often helps us work on your technique. The practice is set up for good acoustics.

How does Pilates Reformer work?

The Reformer is one of the centrepieces of the practice. It's used one-to-one, at the heart of your physiotherapy sessions: precise, guided strengthening adapted to your rehabilitation, whatever your level. On Wednesday evenings, small-group classes of 4 to 5 people are also available (mat work and circuit training). In both cases, a physiotherapy prescription is required.
